Graeme got his start in AVL in middle school working summers as an IT assistant with his dad at the high school. When they needed someone to run the light board, they called him first because "it's basically just a computer, right?"
Designing lighting, digital audio and managing live broadcast of concerts, sporting events and more led to a never-ending pursuit of the ultimate technical test. After high school Graeme pursued a prestigious scholarship with the US Department of State, moving to Germany to learn the language and complete several internships within Hamburg's Musical Boulevard and the Federal Stages of the City of Frankfurt.
Returning to the US after over a year, Graeme returned to complete a BA in Theatre Arts specializing in Design and Technology. Working in the theatre's scene shop, as an Event Producer in the student union, and in the German department as a Teaching Assistant, surprisingly Graeme found a way to keep every door open. He graduated in 2022 with a Triple BA in Theatre Arts, German Language and Literature, and International Studies. He completed a 4.0 GPA and was recognized with the Chancellor's Leadership Award and the Albertson Medallion, awarded to less than 1% of the senior class for academic excellence and university service.
Following school, Graeme jumped on tour with Fever Projects, collaborating with Netflix and Shondaland to tour the US and Canada with an immersive experience revolving around the hit show "Bridgerton" on Netflix. As Tour Technical Director for "The Queen's Ball A Bridgerton Experience", Graeme coordinated installation and successful operations of the tour in Chicago, Atlanta and Minneapolis, assisting other units in Toronto, Washington D.C, Montreal and Denver.
When the tour came to a close, Graeme boarded the MSC Seashore with RWS Entertainment in Santos, Brazil. Bridging the Brazilian and European seasons, and crossing the Atlantic Ocean, Graeme led the install of the new "Variety Show" in the Cabaret Rouge aft lounge, and oversaw nightly operation of the Times Square New York Piano Bar as the Venue Manager.
Returning stateside once again following his contract, Graeme currently works in corporate A/V for Majic Productions based in Waukesha, WI. As a Project Manager, he has helped to arrange logistics and A/V setups for banquets, weddings, company meetings and more, working for high profile clients such as the Republican National Convention and the National Football League.
